Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get most orders dispatched and to our customers within 7 days, however please allow up to 21 days for large quantities, cushions fitted with covers and mattresses. The postage and packaging price is £9.20 on all orders no matter the size or quantities. The majority of stock sundry items are dispatched the same day as the order is recieved as long as the orders are submitted before 2pm. Please allow a working tolerance level of +/- 0.25". The foam sheets do go up in half inch increments and orders will match as closely as possible to individual sizes.

If you have any specific deadline or delivery instructions, please advise us of them via email when ordering.

All of our orders are individually checked before dispatch.

Our online ordering system enables you to pay for your items safely and securely by credit card, debit card or paypal. As all of our items are made to measure, to your specific requirements you card will be debited on receipt of your order.

Simply click the Add to Cart button found on every product page. You may continue to add items to your basket until your order is complete. Click the checkout button and enter your shipping and billing address. (Please note, the billing address must match the address where your credit card statement is sent.) Click the Continue button to choose your Shipping and Payment Methods. Review your order, then click the Place Order button to complete the order.

Please note that prices on our website may differ to what you will get in our shop due to extra administration, shipping and other differences.


Due to hygiene and our customers not appreciating second hand goods, we do not exchange or refund items, with the exception that the goods are in-fact defective.
