Refilling Instructions

Getting Started

Download the cushion refilling form located here and print this form out.

Step 1

Remove your cushion covers.

If your existing cushion covers are not fitted with zips, the covers will be sewn onto one of the back seams.
You should seek our advice before removing any buttons or cutting any machine stitching.

Step 2

If you have cushions from a sofa please write down the following measurements on the form you just printed.

Measurement A

Measure from back of sofa to front.

Measurement B

Measure from back of sofa to front 3" higher than the previous measurement.

Measurement C

Measure the front of the sofa between the arms 3" in.

Measurement D

Measure the same as before, but this time at the rear of the sofa.

Measurement E

Measure how far in front of the arms the foam protrudes.

Measurement F

Measure the depth of the L.

Measurement G

Measure the width of the cushion excluding the L.

Measurement H

Measure from the base to the top of the arms.

Step 3

Fill in the number of cushions included, along with your name, email address, phone number and address.

Step 4

Pack all your covers into a bag along with the form you printed out and post to.

What happens next?

Upon receiving your covers and this form we will send you a quotation including choices from our range of foams, stockinette covers and polyester wraps.
