Pirelli is made of rubber which provides the resilience and cord that gives the degree of elasticity and additional reinforcements It is suggested that for an average seat the degree of stretch should be 10%. Pirelli can be cut lengthways without fear of fraying. If you think you would prefer to order ready made Pirelli straps including clips we can help you. The straps are made to several different sizes, if yours is not there, we can make them up for you. The straps come with a clip fitted at each end which fits into the slots at each end of the frame on the furniture. To determine the correct size you require, measure between the slots on the seat from back to front That is the size that you will need. Pirelli webbing is found on all Ercol furniture.
